Where ever you are within the UK and EU, we will get it there to you. We send all items by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. We will always do our best to ensure the safest possible delivery within 2 – 4 days for UK delivery.

- All orders that have been processed successfully will leave our warehouse either the same day you order (if before 12pm) or the next working day.
How Do I Get Free Delivery?
ALL deliveries are now free for UK orders. EU orders will incur a charge of £9.99 and orders from outside the EU a charge of £14.99 will be made.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 30 days for a full refund or replacement as long as they are unused and in the original packaging and condition. Beauty Devices will only be accepted if unassembled, complete, undamaged and boxed as received. All no!no! devices have a 60 day money back guarantee from the date purchased.
Returning a No No Hair removal device: When returning a no!no! device,please be sure to include ALL of the items in your return, even if opened. Please ship your product/order back to us via a traceable method to ensure proper crediting. If you are returning your no!no! device due to allergic reactions or any skin sensitivities, or for any other reason, please call our Customer service Department first on +44 (0)207 350 2020. Our professional customer care agents can assist you with any of your no!no! product inquiries and can provide you with the required return material instructions.
